On my doctors orders I put on the compression wrap yesterday. today I noticed that my entire left side was soaked through on the surgery side. At first I thought I spilled water all over me. I took off shirt and wrap and it looks like the wound just peed all over me. Then it stopped. I’m waiting for a call from nurse.
This is crazy making. On top of that I discovered a bump today on my thigh that reminds me of the melanoma I had as a kid. Appointment with dermatologist is Thursday. Not taking any chances!
just spoke to surgeon and she said nothing to worry about that these things happen.
it would have been nice to be forewarned about it but oh well!
